Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Here’s how it works:
1. Before Dispatch:
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. To cancel, please contact us immediately through WhatsApp or email at ushvii@hellabrands.in with your order number.
2. After Dispatch:
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not permitted. However, you may refuse the delivery when it arrives at your address.
3. Refund for Refused Orders:
Once we receive the parcel back from our courier partner, your refund will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days (after deduction of any applicable shipping charges).
4. Important Note:
Custom or made-to-order products are not eligible for cancellation once the order is confirmed.
