Return and Refund Policy

General Return and Refund Policy
For Products up to ₹10,000
- Easy 7-day exchange, return, or refund is available on all products priced up to ₹10,000.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
For Products Above ₹10,000

No Exchange, Return, or Refund After Dispatch:
Products priced above ₹10,000 are considered custom or made-to-order. As such, they will not qualify for exchange, return, or refund after dispatch. -
Pre-dispatch Approval:
- Before dispatch, a detailed video of the product will be shared with you for approval.
- A video call can be arranged upon request to inspect the product.
- If you are unsatisfied with the product during this stage, we will provide a refund or arrange an exchange.

Refunds to Original Payment Source:
Any refund issued for products above ₹10,000 will be refunded to the original payment source.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive incorrect or damaged goods, the following steps will be taken:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery via email or phone.
- Provide clear pictures of:
- The package (outer and inner)
- Its contents
Replacement Process:
- We will replace the incorrect or damaged item with a product of the same value.
- No refunds are provided for damaged or incorrect goods; only replacements are offered.
- In the event a replacement is not possible, we will issue store credits equivalent to the value of the damaged or incorrect goods.
Tampered Package:
- If the parcel seal is tampered with, please do not accept it. Notify us immediately.
Non-eligible Conditions
- Products damaged due to customer handling or improper use are not eligible for return or replacement.
- No returns or refunds will be accepted for any products after the dispatch of items priced above ₹10,000.
Jurisdiction of Disputes
All disputes arising from or relating to this policy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
